I LOVE everything about Core Power Yoga classes! The teachers are very friendly, passionate and well trained. The studio is clean and welcoming for us early birds to get started on our letting go before class since there are signs saying to be quiet and no cell phones.

I have only been to Lilian's class but I can say she is an excellent instructor. I have been to quite a few corepower classes and I enjoy Lilian's class the most. The mood she sets and her instruction works very well for me.
