The studio is always impeccably clean. The instructors and classes are top notch and I'm never disappointed.
The class wasn't too packed and that maybe had something to do with how large the room was.. There's nothing worse than taking a yoga class and you feel like you're kicking your neighbor! Also, the teacher was wonderful and I loved the hands on help. Just makes me deepen my practice even more so. I honestly am not the biggest fan of core power, in general, but this studio is awesome! Definitely got that spiritual vibe I normally get if I were to take a class at a little boutique studio :) cudos to you guys, making my experience a good one!!

Lots of locations around the city at most hours of the day. The experienced teachers are great and the North Park studio is newer and cleaner than some of the other studios.
