I like the cardio circuit because it is a good time for me. I like that the room isn't hot for this class.

I don't see this studio being better or worse, on average then the other core power studios.

Great Location. Instructors are all great. The fabric vents that expand when the heat/humidity goes on is a cool added touch (lol).

Locker rooms can get a bit tight after class.

Awsome staff and great facility

The classes and facilities are awesome. Although I do have some feedback. The other day I attended a 6am class and the instructor was noticably upset that a few people were leaving early. She went as far to tell me to "just leave it" the blocks etc but her tone was absolutely rude and embarrassing. I think it's safe to say that anyone that attends a 6am class is making every effort to fit yoga into their schedule. No one would want to wake up at 5am to attend a yoga class to cheat themselves of the last 10 minutes unless it was absolutely necessary. I will always leave my 6am class early because I have to rush to work. Just how the instructor made it to work on time, we have to make it to work on time.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The entry way has a great vibe and layout to easily move around even when crowded. I love the studio size, not too big not too small, just right.

The instructors at CPY North Park are INCREDIBLE! I need to give specific props to Luciana, Jules, Heidi, Jenn R., Dannie, and Amore. They really take the time to plan intentional and meaningful flows, and their messages are so empowering. Thank you for all that you do!

The staff is fantastic. The new C2 routine is challenging. HPF I'm enjoying again. The summer was too hot for it.

The staff are very engaging and professional. The environment is friendly and upbeat and the classes are well structured. The facility is maintained very well. Overall, it is a very positive experience.

great teachers, lots of classes, all types of classes, teachers are encouraging and are continuously expanding their philosophy and practices. Walking distance from my house, anf the facilities are really nice!
