Nikki led a great, well-rounded sculpt class. She managed the heat/humidity well when it started getting too hot too. I liked her music and sequence, but especially her intensity and message. I would have come back the very next day to take her class again had I not been so sore :-) Thanks, Nikki (and Shelby for the amazing Figure 4 assist!)

I always feel welcome and part of a community at corepower north park. The instructors are all great. I love that there are many classes offered at many different times. And the studio and bathrooms are clean.

All the Teachers are great, nice mix of classes, has Core Cardio Circuit
