Your people are the best! Eliza always creates interesting flows, Damon and Lis push you to the limit, and Nikki keeps things calm and happy. Everyone has their thing, and there's a teacher for every mood.

I loved the candlelit HPF class I took in the evening. Because it was fairly dark in the class I was able to focus on myself. It was a great workout too.

I love North Park’s studio. The teachers are amazing, welcoming, and kind. The bathroom and locker area is consistently clean. The studios are clean, nice sized, and have great heat!

What do you like about our products and services?

CorePower fires up my chakras. On October 22nd 2018, I actually levitated 3 feet off the ground, and later that day I walked through a wall. The intensity of c2 combined with my kundalini awakening propelled me to a higher state of consciousness. “Nikki is a great teacher” was my mantra throughout class. The power in those words pushed me to my edge.
