I was invited here by one of the yoga instructors to take her yoga class. Her name is Sheri and she is amazing. She has the best voice and touch. Her voice is so soothing but strong when she needs to be. She knows exactly when you need to be touched and assisted. I leave feeling amazing every time. I highly recommend you meet her and take her class :)

I enjoy that CPY is all over the place. It allows me to practice where ever I am & whenever I need some yoga-healing!
