I frequent many of the CorePower studios in San Diego. I appreciate this studio for always having plenty of lockers that actually WORK! Thanks for that. I also love the sweet friendly vibe here. Maybe it's the smaller space, but it has a more intimate feel to me. I hadn't had the chance to take Amy P's class in a while...what a sweetheart! Such a lovely person with a calming energy....but challenging class. I love a class that leaves me sweaty and feeling like I have been pushed to explore my edge. Amy gives lots of extra options to take your practice to the limit..if that's what you desire. Thanks!!

Amy Peot is an amazing instructor and I only go to Hillcrest to take her classes usually I am at point loma as they have a little more avaliablitiy with my work schedule and times needed to get over to class.

I am not a big fan of commercializing yoga products. Colonialism is real in the states which unfortunately undermines a lot of the 8 limb path. Everything about the products I would completely distance myself from. The services are great. Heated room, great locker rooms, and friendly employees make it an awesome place.

I think it's great that you offer classes all throughout the day, which makes it easy for me to schedule my sessions around my work schedule. It's also a great environment to be in. Everyone is positive, supportive, and knowledgable. I especially noticed this when one of the instructors took time after class to show me specific poses to help with my sciatica. I would definitely recommend core power to my friends. The only draw back is that it is pricey
