One word: Matt! Matt’s classes on Friday mornings in your Hillcrest Studio are always just what I need. A great mix of challenging and relaxing poses, Matt knows just how to push his class and give us both a good workout and great practice. I hadn’t really practiced Yoga consistently since before Covid, but now Matt’s classes give me a reason to keep coming back for more. Thank you!

Studio is clean and well maintained. Classes are more spread out so they aren't overlapping like they were allowing for more thorough cleans between sessions.

Heidi, Lilly, Elle and Suz are the best! I love their classes. I also love love Iskra’s sculpts and how they focus on strength building and safety with the weights.

The practice is consistent and challenging enough to feel new and invigorating each time. This is because the instructors are caring and personable. Especially Elle A. and Tony B.

Natalia was absolutely incredible! She led a clsss that perfectly balanced tranquility and meaningful exercise. While many teachers I’ve had note potential modifications or the option to use blocks, Natalia actively recommended which of those modifications were right for my body type and actually showed me how and where to use the blocks. Moreover she took the time to explain each āsana and its purpose, while correcting anything that may cause injury.

In short, I absolutely loved this yoga class because Natalia made it educational, restorative, challenging, safe, and welcoming!

I will be back!

The teacher was fantastic. Great pace, perfect amount of heat. She didn’t make it into a crazy warrior experience like some other teachers or studios do. She was informative and attentive to all the students.

I enjoy the quality and variety of teaching styles, the cleanliness of the studio and the upgrades - beautiful! I appreciate that we have locker rooms, showers, and heath and beauty aids after class, and the welcoming, helpful studio managers and cleaners. So much to manage, so much that makes a difference. Thank you. I and my sister benefited greatly from Heidi's Hip Workshop and we look forward to more learning sessions. Heidi is a master class in helping us learn about our bodies and how best to use them, going beyond "exercise." Thank you so much.

The CorePower community is one of the most inclusive supportive communities I’ve found in San Diego, and the attention to each individual and their personal yoga experience is impressive to say the least. When I go to a corepower class no matter who the teacher is I feel comfortable and I can fully trust that my teacher will help me if I need adjustments or am in danger of hurting myself.
