The teachers are all very friendly and attentive. There are many classes throughout the day to choose from. The classes are intense, challenging, and offer both traditional yoga and cardio. The space is beautiful and the locker rooms are absolutely amazing- thoughtfully appointed, and generously stocked with goodies.
