First, the schedule at CorePower is awesome. I'm able to take classes in the early morning to late evening. The instructors are all great and i love the variety of classes.

I really like that the classes are very challenging and I like the pace of the classes. If a class is not challenging enough or the pacing is way too slow I find that I get bored or distracted or "monkey mind". I find that CPY classes consitently challenge me while keeping my interest. Plus the teachers are really nice.

For me, personally, yoga is a form of moving meditation. It offers me an opportunity for release (what doesn't serve me) and restoration of balance in my body, mind and spirit. I love how athletic Core Power Yoga classes are - my strength and flexibility continue to improve with practice which helps with other activities I enjoy, like Paddle Boarding. I have been to several studios and your instructors are some of the very best I've taken classes from anywhere. I'm grateful for them all!

I get SUPER nervous to go to new studios. Your Employees & teachers were very welcoming, not over eager to sell me something but let me try for 1 week free. That helps a lot Bc I'm SUPER poor right now:) I Love Baptiste style but I like yours too!! The names of the class really help & I lie that the membership is Good at any Core Power!! It's not just a community it's Yoga Universe:) lol I already brought you guys 1 customer:) I'm Super Grateful!!!!
