I appreciate the one-hour classes. Most studios these days only offer 75 or 90 minute classes which I do not always have time for! The teachers are attentive and watch their students.

The gang at Bridgeport was so welcoming! I came in for a 1.5 class while in town on a business trip. I felt right at home! The class was fantastic and just what I needed to decompress from traveling and get a little seat on!

Brilliant space, friendly and expert instructors. Facilities- free mats for walkers/cyclists, products in washrooms and water fountain all a plus. Super timetable with classes to suit all schedules.
Excellent instruction and studio environment. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to discover their yoga practice or deepen an already existing practice. From Core Restore to Yoga Sculpt there are options for everyone. All of the teachers bring their own unique style to their class and you get a unique experience with every visit.
Ree's class was so fun on Sunday - best music playlist!
Teachers were friendly and welcoming when I walked through the door, asked me if I needed anything for class, and asked how class was for me afterwards.

Amazing teachers and the class structure is my favorite type of yoga.
The instructor was amazing, beautiful and extremely kind and courteous! She made you feel comfortable. The space was small and seems like you may did more or a bigger space to accommodate even more clients! But all in all it was a great experience, kicked my butt, though have not worked out in about 4-5 months, so i will defiantly drop in and take a class! I like the motivation! Th unlimited is a bit to much for me at this time, though the 89 deal month was enticing. Thank you for reaching out! APPRECIATED :)
Outstanding people-welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent instructor
I love the selection of clothes from good brands: Lululemon, Spiritual Gangster, Alo Yoga, and Beyond Yoga. All these are brands I only wear. Classes are good, too. But the one thing that needs improvement is to offer free, complimentary face or hand towels.
