I hope you keep core restore on the schedule. I routinely go and I have a friend who joined as a black tag member and he will drop his membership if there is no core restore.

I’ve taken classes from a variety of the teachers at Bridgeport Corepower. Each one provides a wholly unique experience on the mat. From core restore to c2’s there is a class for every person, whether your looking to relax or push your yoga practice further. Highly recommend practicing at this studio and getting to know the awesome teachers.

The classes are great. They push you for sure, but not in a way that is impossible or makes you want to stop. Instructors are so friendly and supportive. The space is comfortable, clean, and easy to be in.
