The staff are very friendly and the classes offered are wonderful. No class is ever the same, so the is a marvelous mystery upon walking into the studio; offering a great variety and mix of yoga.

I love that instructors are very accommodating and offer modifications that I can tailor my session. I also love how the classes are smaller in general that allows me to get to know my instructors!

Also, the moment I walked in I felt treated as a whole person not just a wallet. In my mind, Core Power has lost the focus on the person at most locations so I rarely go but it felt different at Grand Ave! Thank you.
