The yoga community that has been created at CPY is inspiring. It is one of nonjudgement and acceptance. The instructors are outstanding as they guide every student through a safe practice. heat in studio, and fragrance not overpowering.
I'd like to see more Hot yoga classes offered in the evening during the week -- maybe switching on and off with HPF? HPF is great but it's not the same workout as Hot.

I love the yoga teachers and the classes they teach. I learn a new way to move my body with each class. I also learn how to be more present and mindful during class. Breathe. The yoga teachers are always kind, encouraging, and dedicated to sharing their love of the practice.
