I like that the yoga studios are dark, it's more calming and focus enabling than brightly lit studios. The teachers are typically well spoken and prepared.

Your ability to not only direct a useful and rejuvenating practice but how you use accessible words and phrases to articulate how to get to the correct pose or stretch.

The class I attended was packed, 3 rows, inches between mats. I love how Amelia acknowledged how some people may have been very uncomfortable and practing a yogic approach to remaining with the uncomfortable and breathing. I love how she can command with grace & pose and personal understanding of what she asks of her students.

Love the location and the instructors are amazing!

I love the Grand Avenue studio - the instructors are great. My only gripe is with the women's locker room. It is poorly designed, tiny and the showers have terrible water pressure. I have stopped showering there because the water pressure is so bad. The women's locker room needs some help - or maybe some additional cubbies somewhere for people to stash stuff without taking up the lockers.

I love everything about court power yoga! I love the locker rooms and how clean the facilities are, I love the little touches like deodorant and showers to help us clean up after a sweaty session. I love the teachers and how they each have their own unique style doing class. I love all the different classes that are offered, I love the friendliness of all the people I meet, and most of all I love the emphasis on self-care and meditation through a practice. I also love all of the different products you sell! From essential oil's to yoga pants!

I was visiting my friend in MN and joined her for yoga. I was able to borrow a mat and the instructor took the time to get to know me as I was filling out my paperwork. I loved the class and appreciated the instructor invested in me even knowing I was only visiting the St. Paul location.

I am from a small town in Pennsylvania. Each year I go to Mn for the holidays and I always try to get to a few yoga classes. Yoga sculpt is my favorite class, but I was able to get to a sculpt, a C1 and a C2 this trip. The instructors are awesome at your studio. I took sculpt with Aimee Mc and I enjoyed every second of it. She / they really work hard to make sure their cues are clear and on time, and their music fits their count and that they help with the smallest adjustments to allow you to get the maximum effect in each class. I really wish there was a core power in Pa,thanks for the great experience that you offer!
