I would so appreciate it if instructors would ask the class to turn the screens off on their apple watches or other smart watches during class. I try to not think about the clock during the class, and I find it so disruptive when I notice the person next to me has the time glaring on their watch. I wish people would make their screens be black so those next to them don't have to see the time if we don't want to.

I think it would be especially helpful if classes with a very techno heavy playlist were titled as such on the schedule?
Idk if its just me, but this type of music can be very jarring and anxiety inducing for me lol.

My instructor was fantastic. The class was exactly what I needed.
CorePower offers a quality yard consistent experience every time. Though this isn’t my favorite studio because of the small locker room and studio size, the instructors are always friendly and wonderful!
Instructors are great! Magen is my favorite sculpt and Deborah is my favorite C2.

Jackie lead a fantastic and fun class. Her refinement, cues invited me to adjust my postures and explore each pose in a different way than I have before.
