Hot yoga classes are the reason I come to CP. Instructors provide consistent high quality experience and facility is right level of ‘hot’. Location is convenient.
All the instructors and classes are great! There are many different time and type class offerings, and the studios are always clean.
I love Yoga Sculpt! It allows me to move my body in a variety of ways, and I love the heat. It is the best workout!

I always work harder and get a more vigorous workout because of the the experienced direction of the class leader and the enthusiasm of the other people around me in each class. There's also a wonderful communal quality that's hard to replicate.

I really liked the teacher, Kim! She did a phenomenal job of cueing and talking to the body. It was an experience vs exercise! :) I will definitely seek her out and be back for her classes.
It may be wise to bring in white noise machines. I could hear the sculpt instructor screaming. It was an awful sound. At some point, I was immersed in the practice and no longer heard it.
John is a wonderful instructor. The class was challenging but he made it approachable and fun.
