I love this new space. The design overall is great- very crisp yet still welcoming. Most of all, the teachers at this specific location are very warm. I feel less cookie cutter, yet I am still familiar with the general gist of all classes and offerings- nothing is way out there, but I feel like I walk away with a fresh perspective and higher connection with my practice more so here. There is a strong emphasis on the physical, but it goes beyond that.
I like the facilities. The teachers are knowledgeable and the classes push you but not too hard. I have a terrible time meditating or just getting out of my mind and focusing on my body and I did at these classes
