Tim, the instructor, was FABULOUS. I look for a deep, flowy practice that is also athletic but relaxing and he nailed. Music and vibe are extremely important to me as well and he had the best of both. Really think he's great.
Thank you for having so many locations. The fact that every instructor gets to add their unique twist to their flow makes this less formulaic, cookie-cutter stepford yoga. It's awesome!
The particular class was challenging and fun. I don't usually like yoga, but sculpt was a great workout

Everything!! I live in Duluth. We do not have a CorePower studio - HINT, HINT!!!! I just bought a Prius so I can justify more frequent trips to "The Cities". CPY Northeast will be my first stop!!
LOVE sculpt classes. Melvin and Kate Ha are AWESOME teachers that keep you motivated while pushing you to your limits. Love the 5:30 weeknight sculpt time slot option. Would love to see the noon weekend classes back on the schedule.

I was really impressed with the studio and the classes C1 (as a beginner) and C2 once. I was happy how well I did after 4 weeks in the C2. All the teachers were friendly, helpful and easy to approach. The atmosphere and music is done well. All teachers helped with any questions and seemed to love yoga, they didn't act as if its just a job. I have been bragging about my classes which started on Oct 1st with the Groupon. I'm getting the Black Tag membership by the end of this week.

Convenience and location
I'm an avid practicer of yoga, and have visited many CorePower studios in the MSP area and Northeast Studio is by far my favorite. I love the managers of the studio, the teachers, the facility and the overall pervading sense of community and welcomeness.

I love the coaches, variety of classes, and the convenient locations and times. All of the facilities are very nice and inviting.
I had never experienced hot, active yoga before and I really liked it! I also appreciated the spiritual aspect that your instructor implemented into the hour. Usually I get a little bored in yoga although I have stuck in anyway because the benefit is worthwhile. However, I enjoyed the faster pace even though I was unable to keep up with some of it :)

The staff is always really friendly and energetic. The studios, lobby, changing areas, etc. are always very clean too. I also really like the classes. The HPF is currently my favorite!
