That studio attracts fewer chatty morons than downtown or SLP or Edina. It seems low key and I like the free parking. The instruction is consistently good and I like the instructors who teach there.

Everything! The instructors make me feel welcome and comfortable every time I come to practice. There is no pressure to push past any limits I may have which makes for a safe and soothing environment. As a person with anxiety, CorePower helps me to find my Zen every day.

Variety of classes and class times. Sometimes I don't have time during the day but I can make the 9pm and I love having that flexibility.
