Great class, instructor was fabulous. I think the studio needs a bit of a “refresh” though, looking pretty run down. I also remember when there used to be yoga words/symbols throughout the studio. It’s looking more like a grimy gym and I wish core power would get back to its yoga roots.

I hustled in after work and literally arrived at the start of class. I was allowed in to practice and the instructor was absolutely solid. No projection of frustration with my tardiness; actually, she celebrated my arrival. Thank you for making space for me to practice in a non-judgment zone of bliss.

Mo 10/23 630a class was excellent. She had pacing that was manageable, her music was soothing, she also workshopped with a block chair pose. So nice to have a more traditional class.
