My core power experience is always amazing because the staff are kind and friendly and looking to make sure that you, as a CorePower yogi, are taken care of! There’ve been times where I didn’t have my mat with me so I’ll borrow one in house and after the session I always ask the instructor, “How would you like the mat cleaned?” and every time they will respond with, “Nope, don’t worry about that! You’re good to go, l got you!” This is basically a shout out to all the instructors at CorePower. Thank you all for being so awesome!

Super friendly staff everytime my family and I come in. Feel like they're happy to have you in the studio even if it for a free donation class. Brett Saturday YS class rocks. Patrick's HY is super hard for a beginner but he made me feel like I was included and offered alternatives to loses and idea on how to make them work with my abilities.

I was the only one who showed and my instructor was AMAZING. So friendly and helpful for my first time :)

Had an issue with the parking ramp validation on Wed evening. They said they don’t validate anymore but I had tickets provided by the studio.

My class instructor Dylan is a great teacher.
He not only leads the practice, but gives modications, explains how to do complex poses and he creates an environment where everyone of any level is welcome into the class.
And everyone of any level will enjoy the class with his instructions.

Core Power is a very welcoming space for all.
the instructors tailor the classes so that you can do the difficult postures/sculpt excercises or do modifications.

I feel the classes are also exactly what they are explained to be.

Our sculpt instructor at Uptown, Yvonne, is great. Each class is a little different with add-ons and new challenges.

Highly recommend.

Convenient location and amazing instructors!!

I attended the uptown location for the first time on 3/22. The teacher I had for my class was pretty amazing at his craft. I was very impressed. I also appreciated the hands-on adjustments (since teachers don’t seem to offer that anymore) but I will say that teachers (especially men) should be really careful about assuming they can touch people. Thankfully I was welcoming of the touch, but consent is really important. Also, I was supposed to get my parking validated but when I went to check out at the parking ramp I still had to pay. Apparently I needed one more voucher ticket (I was only given 2) for the time my car was in the lot. That irritated me a bit but overall I really enjoyed the class and teacher. Location felt a bit dingy compared to the other locations I attend, but the quality of the class outweighed that con.
