Janna is one of the best instructors I've had at Core Power. I was so disappointed to hear she is taking a break from teaching. I hope she finds her way back. She has a gift!
First name removed Lee is a great teacher. Her classes are tough but doable. Her music selection complements the yoga poses. She is thoughtful in how she plans classes for the month. The teacher really makes the class a 10

The instructors are very motivating
Great teachers, great workout, clean studio and locker rooms. The staff is very friendly. The teachers create great sequences that always feel really good in my body. Super important to me, they create a fun, positive atmosphere that motivates me to challenge myself. The music isn’t too loud to hear the teachers voices. The classes I like best have a mix of poses or exercises that are both attainable and aspirational. I’ve practiced yoga for about 10 years at various studios and gyms and CP Eden Prairie is my fave!

I really enjoyed the free week and was able to take a few classes. It was really unfortunate I could only do 2 since my schedule was so busy! I would try it again for a drop in class. I didn’t get a chance to check out options for packages. I really likes the instructors and it was super clean!
I love Anna and I love candlelight yoga. She totally understands the diversity in skills and engages re pushes us with such great positive reinforcement. One more inch…off. Won’t kill me but definitely makes me work for it.
The instructors at Eden Prairie are experienced, change up the routines to make it interesting but not too difficult. Been going for 25 years to Corepower even though I belong to LifeTime Fitness!
The instructor Lindsay. And I used to like more when her classes was later so I could go often - after work and not just when I am off.

I am wondering if the CPY Eden Prairie MN could have the 8am weekday classes start at 730. I work and have to leave early most days . A 730 am start would be very helpful Even 745 would help. Thank You!

The room is spacious and the heat is evenly distributed. Not true for other studios. The instructors were friendly and professional.
