It has been a busy holiday season, the instructors have been great letting people know they need to sign up helping new members and those trying out the studio. I have been with CPY for more than 10 years and EP is my home studio. I continue to enjoy the community the wonderful instructors. Two pieces of feedback going into 2023. Please add another morning class to Eden Prairie now that things have opened up. Also set some standards about the volume of music. I love the music but when some instructors crank it up, you just can't hear and follow them. Also a couple blast it way into decibel levels that are not good for anyones hearing.

Great teachers! The only thing I wish they would bring back is a variety of classes in a specific time slot. For example, right now sculpt is at 4:45 every day. I don’t understand this, how can someone do sculpt every day? They should switch off sculpt and C2 every other day.

Super classes. And instructors. Would like to see some time change on some of the yoga sculpt and the new class to later in the day. 4:45 PM and 3:45 PM are classes that are not realistic to take when you work until 5 PM.

After getting the courage to enter a yoga class, being very new to the practice, I was overwhelmed with the welcoming, excepting and encouraging environment I experienced at CorePower. I needed to take some time off due to an injury and when I came back again….I felt like I was in the best place my heart could be.
Instructor was awesome she kept the workout going and explained everything really well
Lindsay's sculpt class is top notch, the perfect blend of yoga and fitness. Her exuberance and depth of knowledge combined makes class fun and educational. I always learn something about myself and my body in her classes.

The teacher is fun and energetic! The workout follows a structure which is easy to follow, modifications are provided, and welcoming to all fitness levels. I left feeling awake, alive, energized, and ready to take on the day.
