The flow yoga for beginners was great. Although the room was unheated, it was warm--a new experience for me. I'd definitely take the class again. The studio is attractively decorated and has a relatively large dressing room with showers.

I wish you offered beginning yoga at your Glover Park studio during the week. The classes in Georgetown sometimes get very crowded and they cater to a younger crowd that seem to catch on much quicker than I do. This sometimes make it intimidating and so I have not gone as frequently as I should. I would say that the instructors are terrific and especially Lisa and the one I had mentioned in a previous survey.

I like the open, clean, enthusiastic attitude at CorePower - Glover Park! The quality yoga sculpt instruction and energy is the best in the city. The staff checks you in quickly, starts on time, provides hi intensity yoga sculpt, great music, great workout, takes my intentions to a new level.

Clean, fun, hot

The studio is clean and the instructors are friendly and welcoming. I always feared bikram heat with my asthma but I always felt comfortable and at ease when practicing at this studio. While I have never needed to leave the studio mid-session, I also haven't ever felt pressure to stay in, instead encouraged to listen to my body.

location is great! I love the number of classes per day that are available. I also like how you don't have to sign up for a class ahead of time. Instructors are all great and energetic.

I love everything about Core Power Yoga. The space is clean and open. The environment is friendly and welcoming. The staff and teachers go out of their way to make you feel welcome. As someone completely new to yoga I was a little intimidated by the prospect, but I was soon put at my ease by the instructors and fellow classmates. It is a space free of judgement where you are allowed to calm your mind while exercising your body. I can't recommend yoga in general and core power yoga in particular enough. Everyone should try it.
