I sometimes feel like I'm being moved into poses that are harmful for my body but otherwise it's a great location/service and everyone is always very nice! Occasionally the instructor seems a little off in terms of knowledge or yoga background but I can always flow at my own pace
I have always had an interest on taking my Yoga practice to the next level and CorePower Yoga is helping me to achieve that. I have appreciated how for the past 2 months your company's culture supports learning and development in the Yoga practice.
