Every time I go to CPY Sculpt, I get a complete workout -- strength, cardio and flexibility training. The instructors remember my name and seem excited to see me.

I have been a student a several CorePower studios (MN, IL, DC, MD) over the past 3 years.

I have been to other CPY studios in the country and I like that they are all similar so things are familiar. Staff is always very friendly. The studios and place in general are always clean.
I was a little disappointed that it was my first time at the Georgetown studio and the heat wasn't working well. The room never felt like it got as warm as it should be.

I like that it is a calming judgement free zone where you take your practice as far as you can that day. It is encouraging without being too invasive into your practice.

I really like the Sculpt class - how we start off by doing some basic yoga, and then add weights and work every part of your body. I also really enjoy the few minutes of cardio we do during that class ! The music that the teachers choose is really fun to dance to and do cardio to.

Music, facilities and teacher

I like that the facilities are clean, and having a calming feel to them. I would have liked to have met the instructor before hand.

I finally feel that there are some teachers that are there that are teaching challenging sculpt classes. Coming from Chicago where I went to CPY for three years, I previously felt the teachers were too easy at Georgetown and ended the class way too early to stretch. I went on Saturday at 4:30 and finally felt like I got an amazing workout that actually went until the end of class!

The instructors are fantastic! The benefits of yoga sculpt helped me run a faster marathon and resolve chronic muscle injuries.

Good variety of instructors and classes. It's never the same class twice. The facilities are always clean and it is in a great area of Georgetown. The instructors genuinely seem passionate about what they do and are very good about making adjustments.

I like that Georgetown CPY offers a variety of classes and times for all levels and all schedules. I think you guys provide a welcoming atmosphere for beginners (I was really nervous to come initially b/c I'm not experienced in classes, only at home stuff) but also offer very challenging workouts for advanced athletes. The teachers and staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and maintain a great balance of working hard and having fun in class. I started with the free week, moved to class packs and now am a Black Tag member. After only two months of consistent visits my body is much more toned, I am more relaxed, sleep well and feel better than ever. I would highly recommend joining! : )

Classes have great energy. However, one thing to note after last night is that the classes and studio is very hectic during teacher training and wasn't a great experience with all the chaos.

The staff is excellent and as a person who often struggles with the moves and patience of yoga the sculpt class is perfect for me.

Phenomenal instructors, studio, and attitude.

I love the studio and the positive energy of the instructors. It's a real workout but it's relaxing at the same time. There's no pressure to do everything perfectly either, so it's great for newcomers to hot yoga.

I like the variety of classes a lot, but I also just enjoy the fun yet relaxing environment at CorePower. I've been going since just after the Georgetown store opened and I absolutely love it.
