Sculpt is the most amazing workout, Rebeca & Mandy at Georgetown are amazing! I think you could work on the showers in the women's locker rooms - the first one does not have hot water. Also after one 6 am class we had to use men's locker room to shower & get ready & there wasn't much acknowledgement that that was an inconvenience, plus men started walking in.
The instructors and sense of community are unparalleled!
Everyone can go at their own pace, and we all are working on different strengths. No one makes anyone feel out of place for their fitness level; we are all there to improve on ourselves!
The instructors are all wonderful teachers. Though they follow a similar structure and follow similar best practices for instruction, I learn something different about how to improve my practice from each one. The facilities are also really nice.
There is a class for everyone! Depending on your level of experience and strength.

The Georgetown studio is awesome -- a great range of products and some of the loveliest and upbeat staff around. It's a really warm and welcoming group of people who work there and live by what they teach and practice which is really inspiring.
