I absolutely love the classes at CPY. I love the atmosphere, the teachers, the environment, and everything else. CPY has become like a second home for me and the people make it incredible. It's such a wonderful community of yogis in DC. I also love that I know I can walk into any CPY around the country and experience that same wonderful feeling and the same amazing classes. I could not recommend CPY enough to my friends.

I loved the atmosphere of CorePower yoga in Georgetown. As soon as I waked in I was greeted which instantly made me feel comfortable. Being new to yoga I was nervous about going to a class. I don't know much about yoga but my instructor was patient and also gave pointers on how to improve my technique. I also loved the cleanliness of the locker and studios. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel welcomed and to also learn more about your body and yoga this is the place to go!

The staff at CorePower is always welcoming and inviting. The studio is clean, sleek, and has a great energy. I always feel comfortable there even though I'm still getting used to yoga. I never feel embarrassed or out of my comfort zone which is really important when going to a new studio. I always leave feeling like a had a great workout but also relaxed and ready to take on the day.

I have strongly encouraged all of my friends to try the free week and to become regular corepower members! I mostly go to the sculpt classes, and they are a great work out that provides variety to the usual gym routine in addition to helping me exercise all new parts of my body! I like the energy of the class environment, especially on lazy days all I have to do is get myself to the studio and the rest flows from there.

I really enjoy the 6AM sculpt! I love it but was a little disappointed some of the teachers have not been teaching regularly. I still love the workout but sometimes different teachers and subs are not as consistent. Regardless I will recommend core power to my friends and family.

I love the atmosphere of health and wellbeing at Corepower. While the classes build group motivation, the focus still feels as though its on individual progress. I love the concept that if you show up for a class, you have already made an accomplishment worthy of pride.

For a beginner yoga practitioner, it's nice to finally find a place that's not a crowded yoga mill where yoga is the new religion. It also gives the teachers the ability to give one-on-one correction to poses - which is critical to safe and effective yoga practice.
