I like the atmosphere and the instructors.

I attended the Tri360 class with Scott. It's splendid that you partner with them to offer this! I liked the studio and everyone was really friendly. Scott led a great sequence--though one beginner commented he was following me since Scott didn't demo most of the poses.

The only reason I didn't say 10 is because, personally, a prefer a more meditative rather than fitness-focused yoga. But for the niche you're trying to carve out, seems like a great studio.

Variety of classes

The instructors are very friendly and helpful. So far, I've had Lisa and Ahmed and they both have been nothing but encouraging and remembered my name!

Ahhhh, moved to Roanoke Va 2 years ago and left my Core Power family at the Huntington Beach CA studio. Been pining away and eating "bon bons" , missing a big part of my life. Discovered there is a new CP in N Va,; drove 3 n 1/2 hours,; was greeted by Dee Dee, felt immediately at home :) What an excellent instructor, thank you Dee Dee for welcoming me back home.

The facility is beautiful and clean. There are plentiful showers and the instructors are good. I like that they make adjustments. I would like to see a little more variety in the classes- they seem to follow a predictable format. To date I have only taken C1 and C2 classes.

Beautiful, clean, calming studio space. Five star yoga instructor. Best yoga experience ever!

That the class was 60 minutes long. There was a locker room for my things (very helpful in winter with big coats and such. Diana was an great instructor.

The instructors are fabulous and the other clients are down to earth and nice! It is a great studio and I will continue to recommend it to others. The thing I like best about your studio is that each instructor is different. Every class I have attended, I learned something new. Kristin's hot power fusion class has been great and she reminds everyone to breathe during this class, which I often forget to do and find myself holding my breath sometimes when in the poses. Anna always brings such great quotes and will throw in an occasional joke during class which always cracks me up.

It's great to find a studio with parking, as well! Frozen yogurt afterwards is not too shabby either. :)

The teacher was great at keeping the class motivated and the music was great too! Quite a difficult class but totally worth it with such elevated endorphins afterwards!
