I really enjoy the hot yoga. I have only done one other style of class there (power sculpt) and it was certainly for more experienced people. But the hot yoga is my favorite way to detox my skin and just let go for an hour

Everyone who teaches is incredibly friendly, the class schedule is so flexible and can accommodate all sorts of schedules for every day of the week!

I really like how many classes you guys have on a daily basis and all them are different levels so you can pick and choose which ones you want to go to. I also really like the instructors and I just feel great after all your classes.

The clothing is really cute and affordable and the two classes that I've been to with Stephanie and Patti rocked! I haven't done yoga in over two years but they both helped me with my alignment. The atmosphere is calming and the challenge of the classes are at a perfect level. Thanks!!

Cleanliness

Very clean laid back enviroment.

They have great teachers to help you get into the yogi practice and flow. Love the extension program when they come in. Although I wish they did what the aurora core power does, which is at the end they give the students a wet rag to put on their face that usually has essential oils on it. Other wise I hate missing a day. Love going there!!!

The staff and teachers - the classes offer an excellent variety of workouts that make you want to keep coming back. They are fun and challenging.
