How great I feel after leaving my CP2 class. Love Jerod's and Carrie's classes the most. I swear Jerod's classes always seem to be tailored just for me and address the problem area my body seems to need at the moment. Wish the late CP2 class was at 8:15 instead of 9:15.

I love the flow of the class and the emphasis on abs in the middle. Pushed my limits and the instructor kept good vibes going throughout.

My therapist recommended I try Corepower yoga as a way to channel and get in touch with the stale energy that is preventing me from living my life to its fullest. After a few sessions, I can already say I feel more in touch wth my body's needs and desires than I have been in a long time. Corep Owen's instructors are amazing, and the classes are always targeted towards what each individual needs from her/his body. Overall, it's a very unifying experience that I have not found elsewhere with University instructors or other classes I have attended.

I've only been there once with my daughter, Allie Ziegler, and the hot fusion yoga was incredible! I never sweat like that in my entire life !!!! I felt like I lost 5 pounds and the cold I was fighting seemed to disappear !!!! Plus I always enjoy spending time with my daughters, we like to stay active together! I live in Cheyenne; wish we had a CorePower here, I would definitely utilize at least 3 times a week . I'm excited to bring my youngest daughter who also lives in Cheyenne and for her to realize the benefits of hot yoga !!!

The staff is very friendly - they learn your name quickly which gives the yoga sessions a level of personalization. Classes are a wonderful workout and excellent for clearing your mind.

The people are amazing! So welcoming. the Fort Collins Core Power is like another home where I can come to de-stress. plus each teacher is different from one another and have their own journey to how they came to find their practice, which makes them all very unique.

The sculpt class was really challenging and motivating! Everyone was so friendly and the studio was a great place to be.

The people were friendly and not intimidating. The sculpt class made my legs more sore than the full marathon I ran the weekend before.

I enjoy the knowledge of the instructors and the friendly environment not only in the studio but also as you walk in. I think its also great that they provide all the necessities to engage in the practice if one were to be new and just wanted to try it out.
