Excellent instructor, she set the tone... visual words, soothing music, dim lighting, and supportive.
I like everything about Core Power. The most recent thing that has just made me love it even more is the low-heat C2 classes. Those are so wonderful for people wanting to practice more difficult postures without the heat and humidity.
You offer many classes and varied times... you have some good instructors
Would be nice if floors were marked for people to place mates to optimize the space and help people... this seems to be a problem
