Great studio and nice people
I loved how warm and welcoming it was! And even though the studio was so crowded, I still felt focused and had adjustments made if needed. Loved the mindfulness the yoga instructor brought to the practice, and the positive energy.
I am not from Fort Collins, but if I was, I'd recommend this to anyone!

I love the classes where the instructors have the freedom to choose their own music and their own flow. It allows for a lot of creativity and makes each class crazy interesting. Chris is such an amazing instructor. I love his classes!
