It was AMAZING! It was very challenging and relaxing. I loved how I felt detoxed, rejuvenated, and light afterward. The instructors voice was very sweet and soothing with also added to the peacefulness. Hot yoga is better than regular yoga! I loved the smell of the essential oils in the room!

Love the windows in the studio. Really cool when it's rainy/snowy outside. And the instructor we had for a C2 on Sunday, I think around 11 or noon, was wonderful. Excellent class.

A candlelight yoga flow on a cold rainy night was intriguing, greeted by a glowing fireplace, warming and inviting. Your instructor led a lovely flow, both challenging and meditative, truly a beautiful experience!

I love everything
The teachers at the Fort Collins location are awesome. I love how each yogi creates their own variation for every class. It’s never boring. The music selection is motivating when it needs to be and relaxing at all the right times. CorePower has been the highlight of my summer.

I took 2 classes this week from Nina.......she is just a wonderful instructor! I have always done the hot power fusion in the past but now have switched to core power 1 class. Great class and wonderful teacher!
