I took the Restore/Nidra class with Ashley. She is an amazing teacher, I felt a lot of connection, worked through emotion and found rest. I am so grateful there are more of these classes on the schedule at CP. It is just as important to slow down in my yoga practice as it is to have an intense physical experience in a C2 or HPF. Ashley is truly gifted with her skills in teaching this practice.

I love CPY Highlands instructors but do wish that a little more care was taken with studio cleaning. I hate finding other peoples' hair stuck to my sweat...

instructor (Jordan) was great. I like that the room is bright when the sun is out. This studio does a good job of using very limited space. The studio floor had a number of dust/hair balls.
