This studio is so nice! A much smaller and more intimate experience with smaller classes and fewer classes going on at once. The studio is always clean and teachers have been great! Will be back a lot!
Two weeks ago I didn't know a thing about yoga, but was encouraged by my triathlon coach to look into it as cross training. I did core power's free week since the Highlands studio is close to my house.
I've felt consistently welcomed and encouraged by the instructors and other students. For me, the programming has been an excellent balance of mindfulness, stretching and awareness, and bodyweight strength training.

The studio is great for keeping cell phones out of class and people are there to do the yoga and connect! Keira really creates an incredible experience!
Love this studio and the teachers! I love the heat and humidity with the workout, it makes my workout so much more efficient and I don't feel like I need to do more after my class. Plus opening up my joints, hips, muscles, and lungs. Everyone is very nice and welcoming and I love that the classes are doable but challenging.

These classes aren’t easy, but they’re extremely rewarding. When I walk out of class, I know my whole body has gotten a workout and that’s a really satisfying feeling. I choose how challenging I need the class to be with weights and intensity. The instructor helps me with motivation as well as my classmates, who are all working hard. This gives the experience a nice community feel too- we’re in it together making it the best class we can.
Special shoutout to my favorite teacher- Amy H! Her energy and the way she cheers us on really makes every class an awesome one.

Keira was the most incredible teacher- her energy and class has still been with me this week! She finds a way to push you to find your inner strength and has you laughing the whole time. Loved that there were enough weights at the studio for a full class!

I have found my first classes welcoming and challenging. The teachers have been great - clear and supportive.

I always leave class feeling both relaxed and energized. My feedback for potential improvements are: I love when teachers include some playtime and cue some more advance poses to move my practice forward. I also would love to see more community events (yoga in the park?) or anything that encourages socializing and furthering your practice.
