I love the neighborhood feel of the Highland Studio. Lots of regulars that have become friends. The teachers are great and each one has something different to offer.

instructors/experience varies even at the same location- this is prob the biggest thing and what keeps me coming back...I mostly attend sculpt classes, but have been to OTF, PureBarre, Bare Method, and Pearl St Fitness and none can offer the variety and options that you get at CPY. All studios have their own flair. Essentail oils. Freedom for instructors to choose their own music

I like the benefit of getting a good to great workout with the spiritual and mental benefits of yoga.

I love the coziness of the Highlands studio. Every instructor has been totally different but also amazing in their own way. I always look forward to class and feel so rejuvenated mentally and physically by the end. The words the teachers share are always inspiring and really help calm me.

I like the small facility the variation of classes but most importantly the highly talented and creative energetic instructors. Liz does a great job as a manager and the instructors seem to all work well together at least from my view point.....First name removed.

I love the community, the energy the instructors bring to each class, the convenience of the location and class times, the quaint neighborhood studio, and the quality workout I receive each time I attend. I love it! And I LOVE 6am Sculpt. LOVE!!!

Ambience and genuine people

I like that the teachers take the time to learn your name! They are personable and connect with students.

The staff is so warm and inviting. It's very obvious they love teaching at this studio. And they provide an excellent booty kicking in sculpt, my favorite class! :)

I love how very different the instructors are and how they individually offer a womderful class experience. Kiera is the best!!!

I like the classes and most of the instructors. It would be nice if I could sign some sort of liability waiver so my 14 year old daughter could join me in the heated classes. Would also be nice to have a C3 class. Great studio though. I've been to 3 and this is my favorite.

the friendly environment

The consistency from class to class. As well as the more than sufficient amount of class times offered on a daily basis. Then of course the instructor's themselves ( Meeg, Davina, Amy Busser & Keira) And the music playlists these girls create are phenomenal and I can clearly see the time spent in putting them together for each specific flow.

Love the size of the studio and the location.
