This studio encompasses everything one needs to feel amazing, get in shape and have fun! Brittane and Julia are wonderful teachers motivating students throughout their classes with insightful intentions and encouraging words. The studio is beautifully set up with spa-like amenities. The heat feels SO good! After a class here I'm ready to conquer the world! Thank you!

flexibility- I can always find classes during the day. Wish you had more options for Core Restore though.

Your teachers there (all but one we've met) have wonderful, positive, sincere energy and show they really care about their students... It's your greatest competitive advantage in town. Thank you! One gal is consistently passive aggressive, which others have commented on in the bathrooms or with knowing looks while we're purchasing clothes or other products. Her behavior/ attitude is incongruent with the otherwise uplifting environment and everything we love about yoga and our community there. We really appreciate how things are done with a standard of excellence in most every way!

I alternate between hot yoga and C2 classes which, for me, complements each other perfectly by increasing strength and flexibility. An occasional core restore class feels wonderful. The instructors are awesome.

I love the vibes I get from the studio, the consistently great yoga classes and all the employees are friendly and kind.

The instructors!

This facility in particular is my second home. Not just in the sense that it is another set of four walls within which I spend copious amounts of time... but in the sense that the humans that practice, teach, and run the space are my second family. This facility is so deeply engrained in my daily routine that I actually find that I go a little "cray-cray" when I am out of town ***and therefore unable to visit said facility. There is a very special energy that emanates from this space, and provides me with the tools to be my "best -self", to thrive, and to make beautiful friends in the process.

Inspiring

Great teachers, variety of classes and schedules, sales on gift cards and store products.
The classrooms are sufficiently large enough but the women's locker room could be a tad larger. Although I do appreciate 4 shower stalls which seems fine since I've only once in 5+ years had to wait in line for a stall.

I enjoyed the setup, the staff, and the members were very friendly and welcoming.

I love the instructors and the depth of classes available. No matter where you are in your practice you will be challenged in a comfortable accepting environment.

I have taken classes for Alysha before at another studio and I was so happy to find her again! Awesome instructor and fun playlist. The studio is very clean and the class sizes are in the smaller side which is nice.
