I'm a firefighter and it's hard to replicate heat intensity with conditioning, while working on controlling one's breath, and have the ability to improve mobility. Core Power does that.

Excellent instructors and good people
The enthusiasm and freshness from the teachers and the modern look of the studio really gives you a whole new experience to yoga. The instructors are very informative but they also don’t forget to keep that spiritualism with it.

I do have one comment though, the new shower heads in the woman's bathroom are rather ineffective. They can only be positioned straight against the wall, rather than down, which makes it very difficult to shower. I would suggest purchasing new ones or new arms that make them articulate more or have a greater range of motion!
