Love the teachers - very welcoming, helpful and great at suggesting posture cues or modifications. The overall program is challenging and mindful.
Not a fan of the current cancellation policy when last minute issues force me to miss a class $15 is a pretty steep penalty especially for the 1st time. Also very difficult to sign up for a class or find out if there is space available 30 minutes before.

I love how challenging the classes are.
I was so nervous to go to my first class, but Leah put me instantly at ease! She helped me get checked in and was also the teacher. The class was awesome. I stayed in the back and did my best, but never once felt pressured or bad when I couldn't keep up or get a move right. Instead, the vibe was there that if I kept going back, I'd get better! So I'm definitely going to do that. It was definitely challenging, but afterwards I felt AMAZING. This complete relaxation that I can't even really describe. I'm going to come back this weekend to challenge myself again -- looking forward to it! Thank you again so much!!! :)
Over all I enjoy the classes and instructors. I do feel the sculpt teachers need to be consistent on the room temperature.
Secondly the floors in the studios are not very clean. They need to be dry mopped at the very least between classes. And mopped every day because of the amount people 💦 sweat.

I take the c2 and sculpt class and between those two my fitness level has improved greatly!! I love the classes and the instructors are wonderful. Everyone at the CorePower Nevada location is supportive and motivating.
