I did the yogasculpt class with Vivian! Her positive and kind energy is so motivating, and gave me the extra push to keep going even though it was a challenging workout! She presented modifications to many of the exercises, so I was able to easily adapt the workout to my skill and comfort level. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back for another class with Vivian!

Management is very supportive of customers and staff. Cleanliness of facilities and positive instructors are a great combination to encourage all clients to return.
Could be a "10 rating" if action were taken to adjust facility construction---high vaulted ceiling in studio 2 is sometimes not conducive to high volumes of music that drown out instructors' voices when teaching.
I was at the studio for a class led by student instructors, which was amazing and they had been in teacher training only 7 weeks…

This was my first time in a CorePower studio in Colorado and I again appreciate the availability of studios in so many of the cities to which I travel. The team at the Nevada studio were welcoming and provided a unique experience from other CorePower studios I have visited. Thank you to the team there for making me feel welcome.

Variety of classes.
The classes were great and the instructors were friendly and knowledgeable.
What I like about Nevada is how welcoming the environment is when I step into a CorePower. The ability to focus on my practice and be vulnerable while leaving room for improvement is what I strive for. Instructors at the Nevada location make me feel that.
I love the vibes and that there are so many classes throughout the day.

Please have more variety of 6/6:30 AM classes! There are no 6 AM classes at Garden of the Gods and if there is, it’s always Yoga Sculpt.
