I like that the teacher is the person who checks you in most of the time, also that they are available for questions/comments after class. I took Sheila's C2 class on Friday and her message really resonated with me that day. I am a consistent yoga practitioner and also teach, and her sequencing was really creative and challenged people in the class to try things they might not otherwise feel capable of.

Very easy to fall into a routine. The instructors seem like they are happy and treated well. The manager manages the studio well.
The studio is conviently located and has so many classes during the day that it is so easy to fit a workout in. The studio is beautifully maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. The studio managers are always so friendly and available to answer questions. The C2 I took, taught by London, was so much fun but still challenging. I enjoyed how she used my name, along with a few others, throughout class to encourage.

I loved the energy of the class
It's convenient in regards to location, the same classes and what you can expect. It's pretty expensive though, and I don't like that the blacktag membership has gone up over the last year. It's making me reconsider signing up for it.
