Please keep a closer eye on the heat/humidity in the sculpt classes. The rooms will quickly turn high- above the 95/96 degrees recommended in the class. I enjoy the instructors at the Streeterville location.

Elise is a fabulous instructor, knowledgeable, articulate, funny, and encouraging.

I live in Oak Park and the studio there is great but I find the Streeterville one hotter which personally I love!!

Also, the teaching is great in both but there is a slight edge on the Streeterville on- particularly in sculpt and HPF.

Would love to see a studio open downtown. This was the closest one but not very convenient. Studio itself was nice and staff was very welcoming.

I love the helpfulness and diligence of the teachers and the great choice of classes.

In mid August 2016 I developed sciatica and yoga was recommended. I'm 68 years old and never did yoga. This recommendation from my MD was a challenge. Slowly I started. After three months of diligent class attendance I'm starting to feel much better and seem to have the sciatica under control. The Ontario St group is very encouraging, resourceful and congenial. Thanks to all of you for helping me on my road to recovery. Peace to everyone

I LOVE the teachers, the positive energy, and the frequency of classes. I do wish you provided towel packages and also complimentary face wash and baggies in the bathroom for those of us who always shower at the studio :)
