Great classes. Knowledgeable instructors. Sculpt felt more like circuit training. There wasn’t really a flow. I wish that was different. Otherwise all was good!
The staff was welcoming. The studio and locker room were clean and well appointed. The class was a solid slow flow that left me feeling both relaxed and energized. My instructor took time to explain the poses, suggest alternatives to push ourselves or not, and offered hands-on adjustments if students were comfortable with them. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

I got a great workout and was relaxed at the same time. The staff was outgoing, fun and friendly.

Great array of classes with instructors who are really passionate about teaching. Nice facility--well maintained and the studios are cleaned after each class which is really important.

I took a teacher training class on Sunday, 1/13. The students were all incredibly excited and passionate about teaching and made what could have easily been a simple or boring class a great one. Great new talent!!
