Love the teachers
I love Dave York's class, wish he taught more classes either at the Streeterville location or River North/Gold Coast or Old Town. Love the original flows, and messages David brings to the class.

I took Bridgets 430 sculpt class the other day and really loved it! I was hesitant to do a yoga class as my HITT class for the week but her cardio was awesome and just what I needed! I love how my heart rate got going then she brought it down then back up again. She is the best and I can not wait to go back to her class!
Love Bridget’s class. I take hers twice a week and get the best workout. She’s also extremely kind and makes class very fun.
Bridget K is a great teacher! She knows how to push yourself into believing you can keep going and push yourself harder. She is friendly and welcoming the second you walk in. You can tell why people are always coming back to her class and why her class is always so full. She plays great music. She knows how to have us focus when we walk in and when we walk out. I truly get a great full body workout in her class.

A lot of times and variety. Very clean and welcoming. I was nervous to do- yoga and everyone made me feel good doing it.
Instructors are super friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Felt like a regular and not a first time out of town visitor!!

Corepower is a wonderful workout overall. I always leave challenged and sore. The instructors and staff at Streeterville are personable, friendly, and encouraging. They seem to really care for the practice and engaging with students. It's always an hour well spent.

Very friendly & welcoming staff and great environment! Suitable for people of any age/level of experience. I took the C1 class + felt absolutely amazing afterwards. Will definitely come again.

Ludmilla at Streeterville is fantastic: positive, great instruction and enthusiastic. Plus she actually put hands on students to help them to improve specific poses. A great teacher of C2 and Yoga sculpt!!! Thank you! Was in town for a conference visiting from Seattle and enjoyed two practices with her! First name removed
The studio is gorgeous and tucked away just off bustling Michigan Ave. Super easy to pop over before work or play. Really enjoyed Sabrina’s class. Great playlist and her flow was challenging in a great way. She’s awesome!
