Great class. DJ sculpt was amazing
I love the instructor Jennifer S. I have take classes in Hawaii, Kansas City, Santa Barbara, Roseville, Fair Oaks, and by far she is the best. She demonstrates modifications, she is motivating and inspeires you to do your best. Her choice of music is very motivating and the use of brightening and dimming the lights is awesome. I like that she comes around and makes adjustments. At every class, they offer hands on assistance, but I never had anyone do it except for Jennifer. It makes a big difference and I really appreciate her making sure her students are doing it correctly.
Inspiring, wise teachers and challenging, endorphin-pumping sequences. I walk out of yoga sculpt feeling stronger and wiser, and much better prepared for whatever comes next.
The teachers are amazing and I get such a great workout every time I go to class.

Very friendly check in team! I used a free birthday class and everyone was very nice. I also ended up needing help getting my lock off my locker and the front desk team was understanding and helpful!

I loved the temperature, the classroom, the instructor, the music, and the aesthetics! However, I find it crazy that people pay a high price for a membership; yet, towels and mats are an extra charge. That should definitely be included.

Great teachers, very friendly staff
I love the class selection and the teachers have all been so wonderful. Specifically Galen and Kelly N. are really great - very clear with their instructions and both are so helpful and positive.
The only downside for me is that the 6am Sculpt class is too early and the 8am is too late, I wish there was a 7:15 option.

Classes, staff, instructors, ambience. It's all great. However, the classes at this location get SO full. Maybe another studio to service the area? : )
