Everything, the teachers, the classes, friendliness, and customer service. The only thing is I would invest in new mats. They are worn out and make it slippery and difficult to practice with mats that are practically ripped.

I have been going to this studio for 7:30 C2 with Adam. I love Corepower, but have had limited time to practice lately, so i make a point to go to this class when I do have time because Adam represents everything I love about this studio! Great sequencing with mindful intentions and thoughtful and thorough technical cues. The other staff members who are present when I check in are also very friendly and more than helpful when I have questions. I did my teacher training at an out of state corepower, and this staff makes me feel at home like I did during TT :)

Love the location and people! I recently lost a pair of shoes and the staff were so attentive in searching for them, and they were ultimately found! I know I can trust this place and the people and that’s why I continue to come back each month!

People are friendly, the studio is clean, and the schedule has lots of classes!

The instructors and classes are fantastic. They accommodate all levels and encourage throughout. The Sculpt classes are so difficult but worth every minute.

It’s a great a workout. The only complaint is that it seems the 5:45am instructors never change. I feel no one should teach more than once at the time slot during the week schedule. Ie: Tuesday & Thursday. All great instructors, but switch it up. I love cpy either way.
