I love that it's the perfect mix of physical and spiritual, not too out there. I love that it's not as hot as Bikram yoga. I like most of the instructors. I LOVE the lemon lavender washcloths at the end of every class. I like that the locker room feels like a spa.
It was nice and not crowded, the instructor was also great. My experience was enjoyable.
