This was my first yoga class and I had so much fun! The studio was so beautiful, peaceful, and helpful. Yoga mats and towels were provided and they had showers and lockers. Everything was clean and the employees/instructors were so wonderful both in practice and personality.

I took a Friday 9:30 C2 class and the sequence was challenging, yet extremely thoughtful - and the instructor was patient and clear with his cues - it was the perfect class, in my opinion

I like how I feel after a class. CPY is allowing me to return from injury and too much desk work and become the athlete I want to be.

Love the schedule options/tons of class times. Love having studios all over.
Would love cpy to start a class that is more meditative - no music (many times I gem like I'm at a disco and it's over stimulating / distracting from my practice). Other than the very loud music, I love everything about cpy!

I really enjoyed the teachers, the heated classes, the locker room/showers and the ambiance of the studio. The yoga studio itself felt like it could be cleaned a little more frequently (understandable that a hot yoga room would get smelly but the stale smell was definitely a turn off). Overall I very much enjoyed the studio.

I love the shoulder opening routines, especially so many folks these days spend hours at their dest and computer.
After just joining for 2 classes, I got totally hooked. Though the yoga classes are quite intense (especially Y2), compare to many exercises which will have similar outcome (toning, sweating, cardio, sculpting, etc) there are no harsh impacts on the body. I feel totally rejuvenated after each session. Thank you.
