There is a variety of classes. The studio is beautiful and very clean. The practice rooms are a nice size, There are lockers and showers and a retail shop.

The teachers are amazing, the stuido is gorgeous and the rooms get super hot!

I love the sculpt class! It is a great workout, but also has some flow which is great. The instructors are also awesome and make the classes really enjoyable.

I loved the class I took, it was a mixture of yoga, cardio, strength training, and toning. I absolutely loved it and wish I lived closer to come more often!

Big, beautiful studio with fantastic instructors - what's not to love?

I have been to three classes so far- C2, C1, and yoga sculpt. The C2 class taught by Emma L. Was excellent- beautifully sequenced, perfect balance of yin and yang- she gave me some amazing adjustments, and was able to teach to
Beginners and more advanced students simultatenously ( a rare, but important skill for a yoga teacher)
C1- i wanted a beginners class for my close friend, who is newer to yoga- loved the set sequence-
And was really impressed with Tamar! I thought she did an excellent job of breaking down poses and sequences and explaining them in a clear and concise way. She also gave me some great adjustments. yoga

Not for me, i am a yogi purist- BUT Erika was astounding to watch! I was so impressed by her high energy and clear directions- despite the music and fast
